Pretty Girls Sweat

Atlanta (September 2024)- We hosted our Atlanta launch event in partnership with Pretty Girls Sweat/Sweat Makes Cents, a wellness company and nonprofit focused on making fitness fun, accessible, and affordable. Mommy and Me (PGS Playground) was an exclusive afterschool experience, hosted at Ron Clark Academy, for mothers and their young children to enjoy fun fitness and wellness programming. More than 40 participants enjoyed team building exercises, a large group fitness circuit, a hands-on children's nutrition class and mother's wellness panel. We also surprised one attendee with a $2,500 mother's grant.

Los Angeles (May 2024) - Our champagne brunch in Los Angeles brought together more than 30 women to the W Hotel Hollywood. This special celebration highlighted our philanthropic giving by presenting two $10,000 grants to The Elizabeth House and Single Mom Strong,  local nonprofits focused on supporting and uplifting moms in the greater Los Angeles area. We also presented five $1,000 "It's the Little Things" grants to the mothers of scholars that receive college scholarships and wrap-around supports from the Herrendorf Family Foundation and the Oprah Winfrey Leaders Scholarships. The gathering concluded with a moving, live-virtual keynote speech delivered by renowned clinical psychologist and author Dr Shefali. 

Vancouver, BC ( November 24, 2024) - A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to our holiday hamper event, where we successfully stuffed 100 hampers for those in need. This incredible achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of individuals and businesses who donated products, as well as the dedicated volunteers who gave their time to pack each hamper with care. Your kindness and support have made a meaningful difference in the lives of many, spreading warmth and joy this holiday season. We are truly grateful for your commitment to giving back to the community—this event was a success because of you!

Vancouver, BC ( December 2024) - The MOM team welcomed the incredibly talented Dr.Shefali to Vancouver for an evening of enlightenment. Guests were welcomed to the Kent Vancouver for appetizers and cocktails followed by an hour of candid conversation with Shefali. Ms. Oprah Winfrey surprised guests with a welcome video thanking them for being part of Moms Offering More’s initiatives. Following the keynote address, VIP guests headed to Rosewood Hotel Georgia for an intimate experience with an open floor for questions and photo opportunities. Each guest received a signed copy of Shefali’s best selling book, “A Radical Awakening.”
